  From the start this company was hard work it was like a mission trying to get them to answer phone then they are far from polite on the phone then when you arrive there even worse then you wait round for ever for them to finish there conversations between the staff and to finally find someone to go get your parts witch then takes a lot longer when they could have had it ready for you as I had made a phone call telling them I'll have it and I'm on my way then to top it all off they give you the wrong parts aswell as being over priced I was lucky for them to accept a return and in the end I went a bought new from the motor factor and it wasn't much more for a new part won't use this company again i advise you to use GMH in Cardiff or 1st choice a lot more helpful ,better advise and a lot cheaper and quick answering

  Really good service from Pengam Partmart, Went to the website to request a pick up of a car i was scapping, phone call back a day later and even though i was away for a few days and couldn't call back, they left a voicemail with a number to call, so when i called back they arranged a time suitable for me. Really great service and goo dprice on my scrap car too!
